Like Lawler, Niko Price has just one win in the last three years when he defeated Alex Oliveira by unanimous decision in October of 2021 but a knockout loss to Philip Rowe in December of 2022 handed the Florida native his third loss in four fights and second loss via knockout in 29 months.
Jimmy Crute (12-3-1) and Alonzo Menifield (13-3-1) have combined for 18 first-round finishes and face off for the second time in 2023 after the light heavyweights settled for a majority draw back in February.
Also on the prelims undefeated Mexican Yazmin Jauregui (10-0) takes on Denise Gomes (7-2) in a women’s strawweight battle. Jauregui scored a knockout win over Istela Nunes in her last bout in December 2022.
