The 2023 WNBA Draft takes place Monday night at Spring Studios in New York City. After an eventful NCAA Tournament, stars like Aliyah Boston and Diamond Miller will find out on Monday where their professional careers will begin. The Indiana Fever hold the No. 1 overall pick, the first time in franchise history that the team will pick first. That's especially notable because of how the team has struggled in recent years, with this being the sixth season in a row that the Fever are drafting in the lottery. The Minnesota Lynx, Dallas Wings and Washington Mystics round out the lottery picks.

The Wings have three picks in the first round, as they also hold the fifth and 11th picks in Monday night's draft.
15 players were invited to Monday night's draft and will hope to hear their names called early. Those players are Laeticia Amihere, Brea Beal, Grace Berger, Aliyah Boston, Zia Cooke, Jordan Horston, Ashley Joens, Haley Jones, Dorka Juhász, Lou Lopez Sénéchal, Taylor Mikesell, Diamond Miller, Alexis Morris, Maddy Siegrist and Stephanie Soares.
Boston has been the consensus No. 1 pick in mock drafts, with most experts also expecting Diamond Miller to be taken with the second pick. Beyond that is where the mystery starts, as the Wings could go a number of ways with the third pick, with Horston, Jones and Siegrist being popular options to head to the Lone Star State.
