That makes him a nightmare matchup for the Thunder's next opponent, the Utah Jazz. Now they face the same Gilgeous-Alexander that exploded for 30 points in their only other meeting so far this season.
In terms of this set line, he’s nailed the over in five of his last nine games. Plus, on the road, he’s averaging 30.8 points per outing. It may seem like a high number, but getting Gilgeous-Alexander to have over 31.5 points at Sleeper is the first of our NBA Sleeper predictions.
De’Aaron Fox Player Props: Over 2.5 3-PT Made
Our NBA Sleeper predictions round out with De’Aaron Fox of the Sacramento Kings. He and his squad meet up with the Indiana Pacers tonight in what shapes up to be a high-scoring affair. For as good as Indiana has been offensively, they’re arguably the worst defensive team in the league.
One statistic that backs this up is their opponent's three-point percentage, which sits at 38% (21st in the NBA). That’s where we feel Fox has a major advantage tonight, as he’s coming off a stellar three-point shooting performance of 6-10 his last time out.
That actually marked the fifth straight game in which Fox shot at least six times from deep, so the opportunities should be there. He’s shooting it at a 39.6% clip from downtown, good for ranking inside the NBA’s top 50 in that regard. All in all, we like Fox to eclipse 2.5 3-pointers made at Sleeper in the final of our NBA Sleeper predictions.
