The Bulldogs finished their season 28-6 overall and 16-4 against MVC teams just one game back from the No. 1-seeded Indiana State. Receiving a first-round bye as well, they were able to beat Evansville in the quarterfinals by 21 points.
Tucker DeVries led the team with 19 points, six rebounds, and six assists. Seven total players came off the bench scoring a total of 32 bench points. Atin Wright was the only other starter in double figures with 12 points.
