Who are the best Cincinnati football players for 2023?
2023 will be an exciting season for Bearcats fans not only because it will be their first in the Big 12 or under Satterfield's leadership, but also because of the players they return. One of those players is defensive tackle Dontay Corleone, one of the top returning defensive linemen in the country and one of the top defensive-line prospects in the 2024 NFL draft class. Corleone, a redshirt sophomore, had 45 tackles, five-and-one-half tackles for loss and three sacks, as well as two forced fumbles in 2022, and will look to wreak more havoc in the trenches in 2023.
Alongside Corleone will be senior defensive tackle Jowon Briggs, who returns to the Bearcats after an impressive 2022 season that saw him have 61 tackles, four-and-one-half tackles for loss and three sacks. Satterfield's defensive line will likely be the strength of the team, as he also gets back the services of defensive end Daniel Grzesiak, who had 13 tackles for loss, eight-and-one-half sacks and two forced fumbles in 2022.
On offense, junior running back Corey Kiner will lead the way, as he returns in 2023 after rushing for 362 yards and five touchdowns last season.

Biggest Cincinnati Bearcats college football games in 2023
Cincinnati's first season in the Big 12 will be an exciting one. Its biggest game on the schedule has to be the Sept. 23 matchup against No. 20 Oklahoma, one of the country's premier programs in college football and a matchup the Bearcats will be hosting at home. Cincinnati also faces ACC foe Pittsburgh on Sept. 9 at Pittsburgh and Houston on Nov. 11, on the road as well.
