How to Watch Washington State Cougars in College Football All Season Long

The addition of transfer quarterback Cameron Ward has hopes high for Washington State's football team in 2022.

2021 was a chaotic season for the Washington State Cougars. The team went 7-6 overall and 6-3 in conference play, but had to deal with a midseason coaching change as Nick Rolovich was relieved of duties for failing to adhere to the state's COVID vaccine guidelines. Jake Dickert took over and led the team to a 3-3 finish.

Dickert is now the team's permanent head coach. The Cougars brought in former UIW head coach Eric Morris to be the team's offensive coordinator, and he was able to get his quarterback from UIW, Cameron Ward, to follow him to Pullman.

Ward threw for 3,839 yards at the FCS level, tossing 38 touchdowns and 10 picks. In 17 games as the starting QB for the Cardinals, Ward threw for 6,099 yards and 62 touchdowns. Can the West Columbia, Texas product perform like this at the FBS level?

Ward will have to find a way to excel with a young receiving corps, as the projected starting offense for the team features two sophomore receivers and a freshman tight end.

The Cougars open the season against Idaho on Sep. 3 and face a tough test in their second game, as they go on the road to play Wisconsin. The team will face Oregon and Utah both in Pullman. Washington State games will air on a variety of networks and can be streamed with fuboTV.
