Notre Dame welcomes rival Michigan to town on Saturday afternoon looking to win a third straight match. The Fighting Irish come into the weekend off of back-to-back wins against Big Ten opponents. They beat Maryland two weeks ago at home 14-9 and then bat Ohio State last weekend 13-10 in Columbus. They are back home on Saturday and looking to continue their dominance over the Big Ten. The Irish are ranked second in the country as they are 4-1 on the season with their only loss coming to Georgetown in overtime back on February 25th. It was a back-and-forth game with the Hoyas as neither team led by more than two and the game was tied or within one for all but three minutes of the game.

The Wolverines are going to have their hands full with the Fighting Irish as they look to bounce back from a 13-11 loss to No. 19 Harvard last Sunday.
The loss snapped a five-match winning streak and dropped them to 1-2 against ranked opponents. They did beat No. 19 Delaware 13-8 two weeks ago, but couldn't overcome getting shutout in the first quarter against the Crimson in the loss.
The Wolverines have developed a good program in a short time, but need to show they can compete with the top teams in the country. Saturday is another great opportunity to do just that.
