Abu Dhabi will continue as the season finale in 2024 as the schedule for next year includes 24 races, with the season extending into December with a greater emphasis on calendar regionalization. The 2023 calendar had 23 races scheduled, with the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Italy canceled due to heavy rains and flooding.
