It was a comfortable win for them and extended their winning streak to 11 games. It was their second win of the season against West Fargo as they opened the year with a 73-40 victory over the Packers. The Magicians now sit at 26-5 on the season and they have just one loss in the last 19 games. That loss came at the hands of Bismark, who they beat 69-63 in the state tournament.

The Spartans will try and find a way to slow down the Magicians and pull off the upset. 

They come into the game on Friday 16-8 and fresh off a close 70-65 win over Bismark Century.

The Spartans had lost their last regular season game of the season to Fargo-Davies, but bounced back to get the big quarterfinal win. They have now won six of their last seven games coming into Friday.

The Spartans have struggled at times this season as they went through a stretch of five losses in six games, but they are playing their best basketball right now and they hope it can translate to a semifinal win.
