The Demons have been playing great basketball to get the state finals, but need one more win to take home the crown of state champion.

The 21-4 Eagles stand in their way. The Eagles also come into the game on a three-game winning streak and also upset a top seed when they beat Grand Fork Red River 70-63 in the semifinals.

Their win in the semifinals was also a revenge game as they fell in the first meeting 73-55. They didn't have enough in the first game, but they proved worthy on Friday night to advance to the state championship game.

They now get a Demons team that they beat earlier this year by 16 points. That game was way back on December 8th in their second contest of the season.
