The Eagles will face off with an opponent in No. 3 seed Abundant Life Christian (27-2) that didn't have to go far, given the school is located in Madison. Almond-Bancroft beat Reedsville to win the Section 2 title in a clash of No. 1 regional seeds while the Challengers topped Salam to win the championship in Section 4. It is the first state tournament appearance for both schools, with three of the four semifinalists in Division 5 coming in as newcomers.

Jacob Koon scored 24 points to lead Abundant Life Christian to a 63-53 sectional title win over Salam, located in Milwaukee, on Saturday at Evansville. Twin brother Jacob Koon added 14 points as the Challengers won their fifth straight game.
The Eagles pulled away in the second half at Hortonville on Saturday to drop Reedsville 70-57. TJ Lamb scored 17 points and Ayden Phillips finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Almond-Bancroft, which shot 29-of-49 (59.2%) for the game.
The winner will take on the victor of Friday's earlier semifinal between Columbus Catholic and Solon Springs in Saturday's championship game.
