The Padres, though, will be looking to avenge that earlier loss to the Angels and snap a three-game winless streak.
The Padres saw their three-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday when they lost to the Arizona Diamondbacks 5-3.
They would then lose to the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday before tying the Chicago White Sox on Saturday.
They now sit just 7-8 with one tie this spring and are looking to get back to .500 on the spring with a win on Sunday in the first of two straight on the road.
