Left-hander Josh Fleming makes his first start for Pittsburgh on Sunday after five relief appearances while Tampa Bay gives the ball to right-hander Edwin Uceta, signed to a minor-league deal in December.

Randy Arozarena homered twice on Saturday while Yandy Díaz and Richie Palacios also went deep but the Rays dropped a 6-5 decision to the Minnesota Twins. Ryan Pepiot, acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Tyler Glasnow trade, allowed three runs in 3.2 innings.
