Left-hander Josh Fleming makes his first start for Pittsburgh on Sunday after five relief appearances while Tampa Bay gives the ball to right-hander Edwin Uceta, signed to a minor-league deal in December.

Billy McKinney hit his second homer of the spring on Saturday for the Bucs while Jack Suwinski hit his second in as many days in the Pirates' 4-2 win over the Atlanta Braves. Jared Jones worked four scoreless innings.
Randy Arozarena homered twice on Saturday while Yandy Díaz and Richie Palacios also went deep but the Rays dropped a 6-5 decision to the Minnesota Twins. Ryan Pepiot, acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Tyler Glasnow trade, allowed three runs in 3.2 innings.
This is the second of two scheduled meetings between the teams this spring.
