How to Watch Cubs at Athletics: Stream MLB Spring Training Live, TV Channel
The Oakland Athletics (10-12) haven't won a Cactus League game since March 12, but they haven't lost one since Saturday either. The A's have played three consecutive ties and have lost their last four decisions as they host the Chicago Cubs (15-9) at Hohokam Stadium in Mesa, Arizona, on Wednesday afternoon. Utility infielder Aledmys Díaz is likely to open the season on Oakland's injured list as he recovers from a calf injury. Díaz hasn't played since Feb. 26. The Cubs have some injury concerns as well, as right-hander Jameson Taillon hasn't pitched this spring as he deals with a back injury, while third baseman Patrick Wisdom, who last played on Wednesday, is also dealing with back problems.
