How to Watch the Miami Dolphins Online All Season Long
Adding Tyreek Hill last season helped unlock the Dolphins offense, as the team finished 11th in scoring offense despite starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missing four games. The team was 1-3 in those games without its quarterback, while Miami was 8-5 with Tagovailoa in the fold. If he's healthy for most of the 2023 season, the Dolphins should be contenders in a tough AFC East. It might not be enough to get them their first AFC East title since 2008, but a return playoff appearance can easily be in the cards.

It helps that Miami has arguably the best one-two punch in the NFL at wide receiver, with Hill joined by Jaylen Waddle in that unit. Both players surpassed 1,000 yards last season, with Hill catching 119 passes for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns and Waddle adding 1,356 yards on 75 receptions with eight touchdowns.
Head coach Mike McDaniel has built a dynamic offense. A deep running back room also helps, with Raheem Mostert, Jeff Wilson Jr. and rookie De'Von Achane creating a strong one-two-three punch.
Defensively, the team has talent, especially in the secondary with Xavien Howard, Jalen Ramsey and rookie second-round pick Cam Smith. The front seven features players like Christian Wilkins, Jerome Baker and Bradley Chubb, who the team acquired via trade during the 2022 season.
This is also a fairly experienced team, with no rookies projected to start for the team and Smith and Achane likely to be the only rookies getting significant run for the franchise.
