The NHRA tour will continue on the west coast this weekend as drivers battle it out at Scenic Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington. The course is nestled in the Paciﬁc Northwest in the shadow of majestic Mount Rainier and surrounded by trees that emit tons of power-enhancing oxygen. The track has seen many historic moments in NHRA history, including John Force’s 150th career win in 2019. The event began on Friday evening as qualifying rounds took place. Saturday saw a schedule that included a few more qualifying rounds before the day ended with Sportsman Eliminations. Sunday is guaranteed to be packed with more action as drivers look to move up in the standings.

Heading into this weekend, Justin Ashley holds the top spot in the Top Fuel standings with 758 points. Steve Torrence is trailing Ashley by 54 points and will look to close the gap in Washington. Matt Hagan leads in the Funny Car category and extended his lead to 45 points over Ron Capps. Dallas Glenn has a commanding 202-point lead over Matt Hartford in the Pro Stock standings and will look to extend that lead with a strong performance this weekend.
