Bills Host Struggling Packers on ‘Sunday Night Football’

Plus, the Giants go to Seattle in a battle of two of the NFL’s biggest surprises.

Before the World Series resumes tomorrow night, the NFL takes over the sports calendar. Is there a quarterback controversy in New England? Are surprising teams for real? Can the Packers turn things around? Those are just a few of the questions surrounding the biggest games today.

Green Bay Packers at Buffalo Bills

Nothing has come easy for Green Bay this season. Losers of three in a row, the Packers are in danger of dropping out of contention in the NFC North, with the Vikings sitting at 5–1. Unfortunately for the Packers, it doesn’t get easier. Buffalo has the top spot in Conor Orr’s NFL power rankings and is coming off a bye week following its win at Kansas City in Week 6.

HIDDEN GEM:

New York Giants at Seattle Seahawks,

The 6–1 Giants and 4–3 Seahawks are two of the biggest surprises of this NFL season. New York has pulled out some close wins under first-year coach Brian Daboll while the Seahawks’ offense has exploded with quarterback Geno Smith.
