Bills Welcome Banged-Up Dolphins Into Raucous Environment
After two playoff games yesterday, we get another three of them today, including one that features the team many consider to be the Super Bowl favorite before the season started. Along with those games, today’s sports schedule features two of world soccer’s biggest rivalries and the start of the Australian Open.
Here’s what I’m watching.
MUST WATCH:
Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills
The banged-up Dolphins sneaked into the playoffs via an ugly Week 18 win over the eliminated Jets, but the main focus on this game is all about the home team. The Bills played in front of an emotional crowd in Week 18, which helped push the team to a 35–23 win over the Patriots. It was the franchise’s first game following the Jan. 2 collapse of Damar Hamlin, who is now back in Buffalo and discharged from the hospital. Miami will be starting third-string QB Skylar Thompson in what should be another emotional afternoon at Highmark Stadium.
