Kansas State, Baylor Face Off in Top-15 Showdown

Plus, Liverpool takes on Real Madrid in a huge Champions League knockout stage match.

We got the week in sports underway last night with a thrilling men’s college basketball showdown between TCU and Kansas, and we stay in the Big 12 for another big-time matchup tonight when Kansas State takes on Baylor. If you’re looking for your basketball fix while the NBA All-Star break wears on, we’ve got a massive collegiate slate to tune in for tonight with several ranked matchups, including a top-10 battle in women’s hoops. Plus, Liverpool and Real Madrid face off in the Champions League knockout stage.

Here’s what I’m watching today.

MUST WATCH:

Baylor guards LJ Cryer and Keyonte George

Men’s CBB: No. 9 Baylor at No. 14 Kansas State

Five of the NCAA tournament selection committee’s top 12 teams revealed Saturday were from the Big 12, further proof of just how loaded this conference is. These two teams were among them, with Baylor coming in as a projected No. 2 seed and Kansas State as a No. 3. This showdown features some of the best guards in the country, with Baylor’s backcourt trio of Adam Flagler, LJ Cryer and Keyonte George being one of the most dynamic units in the country and Kansas State featuring diminutive dynamo Markquis Nowell running the point. Expect plenty of points in this one.
