How to Watch Canada in the Women's World Cup: Live Stream, TV Channel

Can Canada get out of Group B in the 2023 Women's World Cup?

The 2023 Women's World Cup is about to get underway in Australia and New Zealand and Canada is looking to advance to the knockout phase for the third World Cup in a row. In 2019m the team made it to the Round of 16. Its best finish came in 2003, when the team finished fourth. To advance this year, the team will need to make it out of Group B, where it will face Australia, Ireland and Nigeria in the initial round. Canada is currently the highest-ranked of the four teams in the FIFA rankings.

Canada comes in with an uneven showing in 2023, though. The team has played five contests since February, with just one victory, a 2-0 win over Brazil in the SheBelieves Cup. Canada also had a draw against England, and three losses, falling to the USWNT, Japan and France.

CANWNT features a number of experienced players, including forward Christine Sinclair, who has 323 international appearances and 190 goals. She's one of five players with 100-plus caps.

Canada will play three games in group play, all of which can be watched with a subscription to Fubo.
