Ilia Topuria (13-0-0) puts his unbeaten record on the line Saturday at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville when he takes on Josh Emmett (18-3-0) in a featherweight bout to headline UFC Fight Night. Topuria is coming off a second-round arm-triangle choke victory over Bryce Mitchell at UFC 282 on Dec. 10 and is the No. 9-ranked featherweight in UFC. Emmett, ranked No. 5 even after a second-round loss to interim champion Yair Rodriguez on Feb. 11, was originally scheduled to face Topuria last weekend before the fight was rescheduled. The bout caps a 13-fight card in Jacksonville. The co-main event on Saturday is a women's flyweight matchup between Amanda Ribas (11-3-0) and Maycee Barber (12-2-0).

Barber is looking to move into the top 10 in the division, coming in ranked 11th, while Ribas holds the No. 9 ranking. Ribas took a unanimous decision from Viviane Araujo at UFC 285 on March 4, while Barber won via split decision over Andrea Lee on UFC Fight Night on March 25.
The rest of the main card includes middleweights Brendan Allen (21-5-0) and Bruno Silva (23-8-0), a featherweight bout between David Onama (10-2-0) and Gabriel Santos (10-1-0) and a heavyweight clash featuring Justin Tafa (6-3-0) and Austen Lane (12-3-0).
The preliminary card includes eight fights, including undefeated lightweight Trevor Peek (5-0-0) going up against Chepe Mariscal (13-6-0).
