Good, Bad and Ugly From Cincinnati Reds' 6-2 Loss to San Diego Padres
Cincinnati falls to 16-15 on the season.
The Reds lost to the Padres 6-2 on Wednesday.
The Good
Jeimer Candelario continues his improvement as he brought in one of the runs on the day with a RBI single. Spencer Steer also hit a home run in the first inning. Those were the only two runs the Reds would score.
The Bad
The Reds only had four hits, which cost them the game. They could get any momentum after Steer gave them the lead in the first inning.
The Ugly
This game was close up until the seventh inning when Fernando Cruz gave up a grand slam to Jake Cronenworth. It squashed the Reds' hopes of winning this game.
The Reds fall to 16-15 on the season. They hope to bounce back on Friday night against the Orioles.
