The Bonnies are making the run that every low-seeded team dreams of and it heads into the semifinals tonight. They are 20-12 overall this season and just 9-9 against conference teams in the A10. They opened up conference tournament play in the second round with a win over La Salle 75-73 by just two points. Four of the five starters and two bench players reached double figures in that win led by Mika Adams-Woods who had 15 points. In the quarterfinal round, they took on the No. 2-seeded Loyola Chicago and beat them by just one point in double overtime. Daryl Banks III had 22 points to lead the team in that game.

The Dukes finished their season 22-11 overall this season and 10-8 against conference teams. In the second round, they were able to get the best of Saint Louis by double digits. Jimmy Clark III led the team with 20 points on 6-of-13 shooting.
They moved on to a quarterfinal matchup against the No. 24 ranked team in the nation, Dayton, and won by eight points 65-57. Clark III once again led the team with 16 points on 5-of-11 shooting.
