The Tampa Bay Rays (7-11) have put together their longest winning streak in spring training, taking three in a row, and on Saturday visit the Minnesota Twins (6-13), losers of six straight, at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers, Florida. The Rays welcomed back right-hander Jake Odorizzi on Friday, signing the veteran to a minor-league deal with a spring training invitation. Odorizzi didn't pitch last season for the Texas Rangers after having shoulder debridement surgery in the spring. Odorizzi was with Tampa Bay from 2013-17, posting a 3.82 ERA and 1.215 WHIP in 127 appearances, all but three of them starts. He has also played for the Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Twins, Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves.
