Most recently, the Bruins two-game winning streak came to a halt in a 5-1 loss to the Blues on Monday night in Boston. The Bruins had short-lived hope when it looked like they had made it 3-1, but the goal was wiped out on replay for offside. David Pastrnak scored his 41st goal of the season in the third period.

As for Montreal, the Canadiens notched a 3-0 victory over the Blue Jackets thanks to a 41-save performance by goaltender Cayden Primeau. Primeau recorded his second career shutout in the win.
