The Fighting Irish come into Saturday also looking to avoid a second straight loss. They fell at North Carolina 84-51 on Tuesday night and it dropped them to 12-18 overall and 7-12 in the ACC.

They have been playing better, though, as they have won five of their last seven games, but only one of those games was on the road.

It has been a tough season for the Fighting Irish, but they are playing their best basketball at the right time and will look to pick up another upset on Saturday.
