Houston is coming off an emotional victory over the Baylor Bears this weekend, getting a huge win in Waco against a team just outside the top 10 of the national rankings. Conversely, Cincinnati lost by nearly 20 points in its last outing in a game against the TCU Horned Frogs. The last time the Cougars and Bearcats faced off, Houston won the close contest by five points.
Following this contest, Houston is set to travel to Oklahoma to take on the Sooners on Saturday. Meanwhile, Cincinnati will head back home to host the Kansas State Wildcats.
