On Saturday night, Big East Tournament will begin for second-seeded Creighton as the team takes on seventh-seeded Seton Hall in the third quarterfinal of the day. The Blue Jays are currently 24-4 overall and 15-3 in conference play. The team has won three games in a row with the most recent being a 72-65 win over Seton Hall. Lauren Jensen paced four Blue Jays to double-digit finishes against the Pirates with 16 points while Morgan Maly and Jayme Horan each scored 14 points. Molly Mogensen finished the game with 13 points to round out the double-digit scorers. Maly led on the boards with 12 rebounds, all of which were defensive, to earn a double-double in the win.

The Pirates made it through to the quarterfinals after beating DePaul on Friday afternoon in a 71-64 victory. Azana Baines led the team in scoring with 17 points while Micah Gray was right behind her with 16 points. Kae Satterfield led the Pirates on the boards with eight rebounds, six of which were defensive, to help the team hold onto possession.

Since Creighton finished regular season play against Seton Hall, the scouting report should be fresh in their minds as they begin their quest for a Big East tournament title.
