The 2024 Darius Rucker Intercollegiate comes down to the final round Wednesday with Northwestern clinging to a one stroke lead. The Wildcats took the lead from Arizona State in the second round and hold a one stroke lead over the rest of the field at five-under-par. Only three teams are under par entering the final round in the Wildcats at five-under-par, the Sun Devils at four-under-par and Auburn at three-under-par. All of those teams will try to close out the tournament with a win. Grace Summerhays of the Sun Devils holds a two stroke lead over the rest of the field in the individual tournament.

Summerhays has back-to-back rounds of 68 to stay ahead of the rest of the field. Now she is one round away from taking home a major tournament win at the 2024 Darius Rucker Intercollegiate tournament.
Three other golfers are tied at four-under-par, just two strokes behind Summerhays entering the final round. Texas’ Farah O’Keefe, LSU’s Ingrid Lindblad and Hannah Darling from host school South Carolina are all just two strokes off the lead with all three having one strong round to keep up with Summerhays.
Both the team and individual champions will be crowned today at the 12th annual Darius Rucker Intercollegiate. Both the Wildcats and Summerhays look to hold onto their leads here in the final round to become champions at one of the most important tournaments in women’s college golf.
