Wide receiver Jeremiah Smith, rated as the top recruit in the nation among this year's high-school seniors by 247sports.com's composite rankings, headlines the cast of some 100 players selected to play on Saturday in the All-American Bowl at San Antonio's Alamodome. The wide receiver from Opa Locka, Florida, signed to play at Ohio State and is the only player in the top 10 of 247sports' rankings scheduled to play. The game was first played in December 2000 at Highlander Stadium in Dallas. The game was moved into January 2002 for its next edition and relocated to Alamo Stadium in San Antonio before taking up permanent residence at the Alamodome in 2003.
