Both of these teams have truly faced adversity this season as it relates to injuries. As such, there have been points in the 2023-24 campaign in which the Sixers and Knicks have both looked like real contenders, but just as many instances where that wasn't the case. As important as the regular season is for standings, both of these squads are really just hoping for full health by the time the playoffs come around. If that happens, the talent of each team truly is good enough to make a deep run.
Following this contest, the Sixers remain at home to host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night. Meanwhile, the Knicks will take on the Boston Celtics in New York next.
