The Arizona Coyotes are going through it right now. They are trying to do anything to end a 12-game losing streak Tuesday when they take on the Montreal Canadiens. The Canadiens aren't fairing much better. Montreal has lost seven of its last eight games and are in the midst of a five-game losing streak. Both teams lost by a 4-3 score in their last games, as both will try to mix things up tonight. The home team tonight lost to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday despite holding a 2-1 lead. The Devils scored three unanswered and Nico Hischier broke the tie to start the third period on a power play. Nick Suzuki got Montreal within one with 18:09 passed in the third quarter but it was too little too late.

The losing streak for Arizona nearly ended in its last game, but the Winnipeg Jets prevailed on Sunday. Kyle Connor got the game winner for the Jets in overtime for his second goal for the game.
It shouldn't be lost that Nick Schmaltz scored two goals in the game. Arizona came back despite falling into a 3-1 hole. Winnipeg still won the season series 4-0. This should be a better chance for Arizona to end this streak then any others recently.
