Since the All-Star break, the Florida Panthers (42-16-4) are on an absolute heater. They're 11-2-0 in their last 13 games, with both losses coming by one-goal margins. Currently, Paul Maurice's team is on a five-game winning streak, and won the first two games of a three-game road trip - beating the Detroit Red Wings 4-0 on Saturday and then the New York Rangers 4-2 on Monday. The trip wraps up with the second half of a back-to-back on Tuesday night, as the Panthers remain in the Greater New York Area to take on the New Jersey Devils (30-27-4) at the Prudential Center.

The Devils are returning from a road trip of their own, although they were just all the way out on the West Coast. The three-game swing took them to San Jose, Anaheim, and Los Angeles. After beating the Sharks in the opener they dropped games to the Ducks and Kings, with that game in LA on Sunday being their most recent time on the ice.
The Panthers and Devils split their first two meetings this year. Florida won a game in New Jersey 4-3 back in mid-October, and then the Devils got the Panthers in Sunrise 4-1 in mid-January. This will be the final game of the year between the two teams.
