On Tuesday afternoon, Major League Pickleball playoffs will continue in San Clemente with day two. The 2023 Major League Pickleball calendar features six events across Arizona, California, Florida, and Georgia. The year is divided into two seasons of three events each. In the first season, 12 teams competed in the Major League Pickleball Premier Level and 12 competed in the Major League Pickleball Challenger Level, with rosters consisting of two men and two women. The teams flipped levels and re-drafted players for the second season. The playoffs on Tuesday will set up the teams that will be playing in the championship to conclude the season.

Coming into Tuesday's competition, the SoCal Hard Eights are in the lead in the overall standings with a total of 32 points. In second place is the Orlando Squeeze with 30 points. Also with 30 points is the D.C. Pickleball team.
In the Challenger series, the SoCal Hard Eights have 32 points to hold the top spot, but the California Blqk Bears hold the second place spot with 18 points. The Las Vegas Night Owls and the Frisco Pandas are following closely behind, each with 17 points.
